Should I Add a Telemetry Data Overlay?

In this video, I am asking two questions:

1. Should I add telemetry data to videos?
2. Should I include radio comms chatter in the video?

Telemetry information such as speed, speed over time, compass direction, date, time, altitude, overall distance, and other information can be added as an overlay to videos presuming that the data was captured during the video creation. It does take additional time to load videos into the software, create the overlays and fine tune, and to render the videos before using post production software like Adobe Premier or Davinci Resolve Studio. Is this extra time and effort worthwhile?

Adding a telemetry data overlay to videos can improve the video experience by providing additional information to the audience watching videos. This information can improve video content and the engaging experience.

The second question is whether or not to record the helmet radio communications during an ATV ride. To hear people’s comments about the ride or the area may add value to the video. This is something that all participants need to agree since their part of the conversation will be for all to hear.

Adding additional audio conversations to videos can improve the video experience by providing additional information to the audience watching videos. This information can improve video content and the engaging experience.
