Tioga Falls Off Grid Cabin

This trip was with my wife Jennifer and our granddaughter. We spent the first night in St. Ignace, MI and checked out the Mackinaw Bridge and the Father Marquette National Memorial Park.

The next day, we traveled to the cabin. We saw some nice views of Lake Michigan and Superior and walked a beach. We spent the second night at the off-grid cabin at Tioga Falls. We spent time traveling the miles of road around the cabin and hiked several miles of the 80 acres and nearby public lands.

We spent the next night at the off-grid cabin. It had rained heavy all night and was raining for most of the morning as we packed and left. It was sad to leave this place. It seemed like we were leaving a newly made friend behind. It rained heavy as we traveled to Petoskey, MI and Charlevoix, MI.
