#6 and the photo has nothing to do with the trail. This photo looks like the Manistee River from the Manistee River Trail that is only for backpacking & hiking. There are no water views on the Little ‘O Trail.

#3 and the photo has nothing to do with the trail. This looks to be a photo of Silver Lake State Park Off-Road Vehicle Area. Silver Lake is a fun area for ATV’s, full-size vehicles, dune buggies, and side-by-sides to ride the dunes and see magnificent views of Lake Michigan and Silver Lake at the same time!

This video is a late afternoon/early evening ATV ride on Little ‘O Trail near Baldwin, MI. On this nice day, my friend Brent and I drove the 43 mile loop. This trail is mature, but has some close proximity trees that WILL result in rubbing. Most riders should have no trouble. Proceed carefully in some of the Pine stand areas with slow and careful maneuvering.

This last video in the four part series is about 12 miles and takes us from Oak Street back to the M-37 Little ‘O Trailhead. We continued to drive the loop clockwise seeing a nice ridge and Pines close to the trail. No areas were water covered. This trail is for 50″ or less ORV’s. We thank those that keep the trail maintenance up and their dedication to the work.

After completing the ride, we learned that the 2″ ball mounted on the hitch receiver was missing the nut and lock washer. We believe it was missing as we trailered to the trailhead. The order and method of loading did not reveal the tongue of the trailer lifting the ball out of the mounting hole. When I was at my home, I side loaded my ATV keeping the tongue weight on the back of the Jeep. Loading the second ATV from the back was not heavy enough to lift the tongue. When we arrived at the trailhead, the second ATV was unloaded first. Only when I tried loading my ATV front to back when we finished riding revealed the missing nut and lock washer. We used a ratchet strap to keep the trailer tongue down on the receiver.

Trip Summary: Total Time = 4 hours 35 minutes.  Moving Time = 3 hours 49 minutes. Distance = 42.7 miles. (This portion is 10 miles)
