ATV Sales and Service After the Sale

This video is about the service experience I received historically from the place I purchased my 2018 Polaris Sportsman 570 EPS . Also, tt contrasts the latest service experience I received from Spicer’s Boat City in Houghton Lake, MI.

While riding this ATV on the Big Bear Trail, at about 11 miles on the loop, I had problems with my ATV. It was starved for fuel or air. A few times before, it either would not start right away or the engine stopped and it had to be restarted. At the 11 mile mark, it stopped with a few backfires and would either not run correctly or start at all afterwards. Jim, my friend riding with me, towed me out and back to the trailer.

The bottom line and point in this video is about service after the sale and experiencing satisfaction in the service event and the confidence that it is repeatable. Consistent experiences would eventually lead to customer loyalty to a business that cares about their customers.
